Case Study: Spring Gate Center Tenant Relocation

Relocate two tenants from their existing locations to new locations within a busy shopping center, complete the new tenant spaces, demolish the existing tenant spaces, and prepare the consolidated spaces for the construction of a large medical related tenant. Assemble and coordinate a team of professionals to accomplish this work while managing sometimes opposing tenant agendas.
The landlord retained Paul Diehl and Diehl Project Management to provide overall Project Management/Owner Representative services. Paul's organizational skills and calm, focused demeanor enabled him to coordinate the architect, engineer, general contractor, and multiple tenants to meet demanding completion schedules.
Diehl Project Management's leadership and encouragement of the team enabled the project to be completed on time with all tenants happily relocated.
