Diehl Project Management was challenged to assemble and coordinate a team to fast track design and construct an 88,000 square foot, three story build to suit office and coordinate relocation of 400+ employees across town for Securities America, Inc. in LaVista, NE (a suburb of Omaha). The entire design, construction and move processes had to be completed while managing difficult personalities and opposing self-interests.
Diehl Project Management was able to provide overall project management services, gain the trust of all team members, and combine project management skills with the ability to understand and exploit synergies to create an innovative and collaborative enterprise-wide team.
