Brief Biographical Sketch
Paul B. Diehl
Paul is President of Diehl Project Management, Inc. and oversees all consulting and project management activities. His consulting and project management services include negotiating the scope of projects and contracts on behalf of clients, as well as overseeing ground-up building/development and tenant improvement work.
In 1973, Paul began his commercial building and general construction career in Kansas City. Holding Bachelor of Science degrees in Building Construction and Business at Kansas State University, Paul has many years of experience constructing office buildings, medical office buildings, shopping centers, restaurants, movie theaters, offices/warehouses, bulk distribution buildings and tenant improvements within these buildings.
As Senior Vice President of Project Management for a national commercial real estate company in Kansas City, Paul led a team of project managers responsible for completing tenant improvement projects and new buildings in Kansas City and St. Louis. As the project manager for an 88,000-square foot, three-story office building in Omaha, Paul coordinated the clients, landlord, architect, engineers and general contractor in the successful completion of the project ahead of schedule and under budget.
